This is a bit of a strange one, and a piece not performed by a typical band/artist… and instead, it’s a cover of a classic band called Teenage Fanclub, done by a fanclub of the band called Teenage Fanclub Fanclub. And it’s pretty great. Over 40 members of the group contributed their vocals in order to form a choir, and the newly recorded cover sounds excellent with production that helps to bring out the emotional heaviness of the original tune. ‘Broken’ still holds up after all these years, and has been given a new lease of life from their biggest fans. -Dan Peeke
